Rivoli Jewellers – Senior Sales Consultant - 5 years residency not necessary.

Nominated for Retail Jeweller of the Year and Bridal Jeweller of the Year in the 2018 UK Jewellery Awards, Rivoli Jewellers has been a family business in St Helier, Jersey for more than 35 years. We specialise in wedding, engagement and eternity rings as well as bespoke jewellery. We also stock a large range of watches and branded jewellery.

We’re looking for positive, creative, friendly individuals who are eager to learn and push themselves. You must have a good eye for detail and you’ll need to be a flexible team player, willing to go that extra mile. You must be a well-presented, confident person with great communication skills and a natural flair for building and maintaining a rapport with clients.

Selling is an important aspect within this role and to succeed you will be accountable for your results and you must have a keen desire to do this. We are a small, busy team where team work, learning, training and fun all go hand in hand.

Rivoli prides its self on good customer service and has a very loyal customer base. Excellent customer service is very important to us. 

Role Responsibility

Assisting our customers whether they are looking to buy or bringing an item in for repair and ensuring their experience in store is an excellent one.

Building strong and lasting relationships with customers

Achieving personal sales targets

Supporting the visual merchandising in store

Maintain high in store housekeeping standards

Completing jewellery qualifications such as the National Association of Jewellers qualifications JET 1 and JET 2.

The full-time role will suit a background in retail or hospitality and has the benefit of regular working hours. Jewellery experience not necessary as training will be given.
