Rivoli is delighted to announce that Carla Nunes has gained the National Association of Goldsmiths (NAG) internationally acclaimed Professional Jewellers Diploma. Carla (22) gained her professional diploma after completing the N.A.G’s JET 1 and JET 2 home study courses, workshops and final exam. Now, after studying for 18 months Carla is recognised by the NAG as a professional jeweller and may use the letters PJ Dip. behind her name.

To achieve her Professional Jewellers Diploma, Carla had to demonstrate a sound understanding of the jewellery industry and master topics including jewellery product knowledge, sales techniques, the principals of valuations and the importance of security and relevant legal considerations. Carla says: “I feel it is important to keep up to date on the latest developments within the jewellery world so that I can offer our customers the very best professional service.”
