Cancellations and Returns
Rivoli Jewellers is happy to refund or exchange any purchases from its website, www.rivolijewellers.co.uk however this policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received by the customer.
o Pierced Earrings
o Goods which have been made to the customers own specification such as engraving or sizing (where the product cannot be returned to its original state).
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us at 41/43 King Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4WF, firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include all original packaging, guarantees, warranties etc that may have been inside the box. Postage charges incurred when returning the items will not be refunded.
If you fail to return the goods within a reasonable timescale, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
