Rivoli Jewellers, Jersey have been awarded Best Service in Retail at the Sure Jersey Customer Service Awards last week.
Thousands of Jersey customers took the time to nominate individuals, teams and businesses for their amazing service. Rivoli was delighted to have been nominated and subsequently win the Retail category thanks to nominations from customers with fantastic stories of the Jersey team going the extra mile.
The Jersey Customer Service Awards recognise and celebrate those who do a brilliant job – and inspire others to do even better.
